About the photographer

Hi, my name is Trent, and I’ve been a professional photographer for the last couple decades.

I spent a long time shooting weddings, but a few years ago decided to shift to more personal portrait work, which grew into this.

I primarily shoot out of the Peace Region (Grande Prairie, Dawson Creek, Fort St. John), but frequently travel to the Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver areas as well. If you are interested in shooting, fill out this form for a free, no strings attached consultation.

Some photographers approach their subjects as blank slates, canvases to paint their visions upon. For me, I look at it more like a sculptor, trying to reveal what lies within the stone, or perhaps as a choreographer who learns a dancer's strengths and develops a performance that is uniquely for them.

My goal is to capture your strength, sensuality, sexuality, beauty, emotion, eroticism, passion, personality, character, motion, emotion.
More than that, I want to show you how other people see you. We see ourselves in the mirror and only see the flaws. I want you to see all of you. Flawed, perhaps, but it is those things which set you apart that make you special. That make you beautiful.

I believe that we are here to create experiences and collect memories, not stuff. I have heard so many stories when, faced with having to evacuate, the first things people grab are pictures. I want to take the pictures that you would reach for. Pictures that are powerful and meaningful and personal and intimate.

Society tells us who we should be. I want to show you who you are, and the beauty and passion that others see in you. I want you to leave the session not just in love with your images but more in love with yourself.
